Also worked as Deputy National Coordinator for Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST) – Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), India
Worked to set up and run a financial institution in urban and rural areas with different lending models like Individual, Joint Liability Group (JLG), Self Help Group (SHG), and Federation of SHG with a different legal structure like Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC), Society &Trust.
As a management consultant, worked for profit as well as non-profit organizations on functional areas like strategic business planning and execution, operations management, change management, human resource management, MIS development, institutional development & governance, project management, Agriculture value chain development, CSR project management, community-based business management, and accounting & finance.
Additionally has full-time employment experience in Sales and Underwriting of Secured as well as unsecured loans, Financial Modelling, Data Analytics, and Operations Management and Risk Management of Financial organizations
